Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Whiteliste respects the privacy of creators, applicants, visitors, and other people who interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Whiteliste collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through whiteliste.com, the Apply to Partner process, and related communications.

Whiteliste is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to admin@whiteliste.com.

1. Information You Provide

When you apply to partner with Whiteliste, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• your name;

• email address;

• phone number;

• preferred contact method;

• social-media platform, handle, or channel information;

• follower or subscriber range;

• information about your audience, niche, expertise, content, and positioning;

• information about how you currently monetize;

• ideas about what you may want to build;

• information about how you may be willing to participate in a potential business;

• information about existing offers, products, communities, revenue, or business context that you choose to provide; and

• any other information you voluntarily include in an application, message, call, document, analytics screenshot, or later partnership discussion.

Some fields may be optional. Please do not provide information that is not reasonably relevant to your application or a potential partnership.

2. Publicly Available Information

After you provide us with your social-media handle, channel, website, brand, or other creator information, we may review publicly available information associated with you or your creator brand to evaluate a potential partnership.

This may include publicly visible follower or subscriber counts, view counts, content performance, posting activity, engagement signals, audience positioning, public comments or recurring audience questions, existing offers, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, public products or communities, and other information reasonably relevant to evaluating creator-business fit.

We may combine this publicly available information with information you submit directly to us.

We do not represent that we have access to private platform analytics. Private metrics, account information, revenue information, analytics dashboards, or similar non-public information are collected only if you later choose to provide them or authorize access.

3. Information Collected Through the Website

When you visit the website, certain technical information may be processed automatically by our hosting, security, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Depending on the tools enabled, this may include information such as:

• pages viewed;

• referring source;

• approximate geographic region;

• device and browser type;

• session and traffic information;

• UTM or campaign parameters;

• website performance and error information; and

• other technical information necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.

Framer’s built-in analytics are designed to operate without standard tracking cookies or persistent identifiers.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, Google may process analytics information and may use first-party analytics cookies or similar technologies depending on the visitor’s consent status and our implementation.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Whiteliste seeks to keep tracking limited.

The website may use:

• technologies necessary for site functionality, security, spam prevention, or preferences; and

• optional analytics technologies, including Google Analytics 4, where enabled and permitted.

Where applicable law requires consent before optional analytics cookies or similar technologies are used, we will seek that consent through an appropriate consent mechanism.

Framer’s standard built-in analytics do not require us to place traditional analytics cookies for that measurement.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or behavioral-advertising pixels as part of the V1 website.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• receive, administer, and review applications;

• understand an applicant’s creator brand, audience, expertise, and business opportunity;

• research public information relevant to a potential partnership;

• evaluate creator-business and operator fit;

• contact applicants with questions, status information, potential next steps, or relevant partnership opportunities;

• schedule and conduct calls or discussions;

• maintain records of applicants, prospective partners, and business communications;

• operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website;

• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or security incidents;

• comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and

• support an actual partnership if one is later separately agreed.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a response, selection, partnership, or commercial outcome.

6. Communications

Whiteliste does not automatically enroll applicants in a general newsletter or unrelated promotional email list.

If you submit an application, you are providing your contact information so we can communicate with you about the application, assess potential fit, ask follow-up questions, discuss next steps, and, where permitted by applicable law, contact you about relevant potential partnership opportunities or roster availability.

Some electronic communications may be subject to anti-spam or electronic-marketing laws. Where required, we will rely on an applicable form of consent and provide required sender information and an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.

You can ask us to stop non-essential opportunity communications by using an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting admin@whiteliste.com. This does not prevent us from sending communications that are reasonably necessary for an active application, requested discussion, existing agreement, legal matter, or other non-promotional purpose.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers and vendors that help us operate the website, process applications, store information, communicate, measure site performance, automate workflows, or secure our systems.

Current or expected V1 providers may include:

• Framer, for website hosting, forms, security, and built-in analytics;

• Google, including Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics where enabled.

We may later use additional CRM, automation, communications, infrastructure, or professional-service providers. We will use service providers only for legitimate business purposes and should update this Privacy Policy where a new processing activity materially changes our privacy practices.

We may also disclose information:

• when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;

• to protect Whiteliste, applicants, users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity;

• to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; or

• in connection with a future reorganization, sale, merger, financing, transfer, or restructuring of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

8. International Processing

Whiteliste may consider applicants worldwide and may use service providers that process information in Canada, the United States, Europe, or other countries.

As a result, information may be processed outside the country or region where you live and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Where legally required, we will use appropriate measures for international transfers of personal information.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Application information may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction so that we can evaluate the application, revisit potential fit, maintain reasonable business records, and consider future partnership opportunities.

We may retain information longer where:

• an active discussion or partnership continues;

• you ask us to retain it;

• consent remains valid for a particular purpose;

• legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping requirements apply; or

• longer retention is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No internet transmission, cloud service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information at your own risk, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Young Applicants

The Apply to Partner process is intended for people aged 13 or older.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may submit an application, but parent or guardian involvement, consent, or signature may be required before any binding partnership or agreement can be entered into.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to:

• request access to information we hold about you;

• request correction of inaccurate information;

• request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions;

• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

• object to or restrict certain processing;

• request portability where applicable; or

• make a complaint to an applicable privacy regulator.

To exercise a privacy right, contact admin@whiteliste.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

13. Legal Bases Where Required

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis for processing, our bases may include:

• your consent;

• taking steps at your request before entering a possible agreement;

• our legitimate interests in evaluating applicants, operating and securing the website, communicating with prospective partners, maintaining business records, and developing Whiteliste, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;

• performing an agreement if a partnership is later entered into; and

• complying with legal obligations.

14. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The website may link to social-media platforms, creator platforms, external websites, or other third-party services.

Whiteliste does not control those third parties’ privacy or security practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Whiteliste, the website, our service providers, or applicable laws evolve.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
